Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all mounts, screws, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
